I'm a huge fairy tale geek
and a Queen Adreena fan, so this music video by Daisy Chainsaw - the proto-Queen Adreena - for "Hope Your Dreams Come True" is pretty much one of my favourite things ever. The story is taken from Angela Carter's subversive take on Sleeping Beauty: "The Lady of the House of Love" aka "Vampirella," in which the vampiric Beauty is essentially asleep until a fresh, virginal victim boy awakens her.
